Bihler Technology Day, a joint event between the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), and Bihler of America, has been postponed to a date to be determined.  The event had been scheduled to take place at the Bihler of America headquarters on April 22, 2020.

In recognition of the growing number of COVID-19 cases across the U.S. and around the world, and in order to protect the safety of attendees and employees, Bihler management decided to reschedule the event, particularly in light of the potential risks associated with large gatherings, as well as the increasing number of travel advisories and restrictions.

The Technology Day agenda will consist of plant tours and live process presentations, and will feature a variety of technological solutions from Bihler and leading manufacturers in the nation on several topics including:

  • Augmented Reality
  • Laser Cutting and Welding Application in Manufacturing
  • Servo Technology for Assembly and Forming
  • Overhead Servo Press Integration in Automation
  • Processing Technologies for Heat Treatment and Carbide
  • PMA Educational Foundation
