Bihler of America, Inc. has been providing German-built Bihler Vari-Slide systems to North America since 1976.

These systems are utilized to stamp, form, weld, tap, insert screws and assemble various components and assemblies for the electrical, medical, automotive, appliance, electronicand many other industries.

We provide innovative, cost-effective solutions in the manufacture of thousands of different products.

Turnkey solutions are provided, from assistance with product design for assembly to the finished manufactured product direct from a fully tooled system.

Contract Manufacturing is also offered to allow companies to take advantage of these innovative solutions without the need for capital or skilled personnel investment.

Facts

We have over 250,000 sq. ft. of buildings in New Jersey, with over 40 Bihler systems in production, plus 30 plastic injection molding machines. These are supported by Design, Tooling and Quality departments.
