        • Wire EDM and sink erosion machines
        • 30 injection molding machines with capacity from 110 to 250 tons
        • In-house construction and repair of mold tools
        • Ability to produce multi-colored, multi-material overmolded parts
        • Fully automated machines
        • “Lights out” nighttime production to reduce cost and maximize efficiency

We fully support four molding project phases:
        1. 3D design assistance
        2. SLA and SLS prototypes to have a tangible, working part representation
        3. Low-volume aluminum mold tools
        4. High-volume production with multi-cavity nickel plated steel tools
